If I could give 0 stars I would. By far my worst experience of an estate agent I have ever had. Left without a functioning boiler for 2 months in the winter, flat not cleaned before moving in and 1 year contract terminated after 6 mo the due to landlord deciding to sell, despite reassurances this... If I could give 0 stars I would. By far my worst experience of an estate agent I have ever had. Left without a functioning boiler for 2 months in the winter, flat not cleaned before moving in and 1 year contract terminated after 6 mo the due to landlord deciding to sell, despite reassurances this wouldn't happen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Awful agency! Unfortunately I am currently renting a property from them & they are so unhelpful. My friends and I live in a house were there is damp and mice. Awful agency!
Unfortunately I am currently renting a property from them & they are so unhelpful. My friends and I live in a house were there is damp and mice. Its disgusting & when we asked them about some help they refused and said it was up to us to solve the problem - we are not dirty people & we clean three times a week. The reason we have mice is because there in holes in the walls from when they rebuilt the house. The plumming is getting worse & the house itself for being a new build is awful. They only care about you or contact you when rent is due. My friends and I are suppose to pay rent on a certain date each month, I had 3 missed calls from them on that day by 12pm in the afternoon as I had not transferred rent yet due to the fact that I had more important things to deal with. I advise anyone that is considering renting a property from them to run away now & never look back because they are unhelpful & do not care about their costumers.
